Marie Lodňanová

Marie Lodňanová started their work experience in 2011 at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, where they held various roles including KYC Quality Assurance Analyst, KYC Quality Assurance Lead, KYC Senior Analyst, iQA Team Leader, iQA Lead for LATAM, and Client Manager Due Diligence. During their time at HSBC, they were responsible for conducting due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with AML regulations, and maintaining a rigid control environment. In 2018, they joined Santander UK as the Financial Crime Escalation - Correspondent Banking & PSP Manager, where they designed and implemented a Target Operation Model for end-to-end KYC/DD/EDD processes. Marie also managed a team and successfully undertook enhanced due diligence for all new and existing customers. Currently, Marie is employed at Currencycloud as the Global Head of New Business Onboarding, starting in 2022.

Marie Lodňanová obtained a degree in Finance, graduating from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava in 2011 with the title of Ing. Marie completed their education at the university from 2006 to 2011.
