Sylvia Goral has a strong background in operations and customer care. Sylvia started their career at NICOLA the International Company of Live Arts as a Project Manager Intern before joining BCSG as a Customer Care Advisor/Account Manager. Sylvia then moved on to become a Customer Care Team Leader at BCSG. After that, Sylvia joined LegalZoom UK where they worked as an Operations Administrator and later as an AML Specialist. Currently, they are working at Currencycloud as a Core Operations Specialist and has been recently promoted to the role of Core Operations Team Lead NL.
Sylvia Goral obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Italian with German from Royal Holloway, University of London between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they went on an Erasmus exchange program, spending the 2011-2012 academic year at Università degli Studi di Padova and the 2012 summer semester at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
