Kevin Nolan

Kevin Nolan serves as the Head of Compliance and MLRO for Europe at Currenxie, overseeing compliance and financial crime frameworks following the successful EMI license application with the Central Bank of Ireland. Previously, Kevin was the Director of Compliance and MLRO at Alviere, where responsibilities included enhancing the EMI application and developing key governance frameworks. As Head of Compliance and MLRO at Crypto.com, Kevin led applications for EMI licensing and VASP registration. At Flutter Entertainment Plc, Kevin held roles including International Financial Crime Consultant and Global Head of Financial Crime & Sports Integrity, managing multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and Financial Crime Frameworks. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Crime Officer and MLRO at Wells Fargo Bank International UC. Kevin holds a Professional Certificate in Fintech Risk & Compliance from The Compliance Institute and an International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association.
