Roger Hale

Roger Hale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roger is currently the Director of Technology at Currey Ingram Academy, a role they took on in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Of Technology at Bourbonnais Elementary School District #53 from 2007 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing technology implementation, managing the district's technology budget, and providing professional development for staff. Before their role in education, Roger worked at KPMG US as a Senior Associate from 1997 to 2007, where they utilized their technology skills to support LAN infrastructure and led projects with a team. Roger also worked as a Software Quality Systems Specialist at Applied Systems from 1996 to 1997, where they supported and maintained beta test networks and provided technical support. Lastly, Roger has experience in retail as a Store Manager at Electronics Boutique from 1992 to 1996, where they oversaw daily operations, managed employees, and coordinated company processes.

Roger Hale attended Olivet Nazarene University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication. In addition, they obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in May 2022.
