Tim Rickard

Tim Rickard has over 20 years of work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Tim has held various leadership positions in prestigious companies such as Currie & Brown, Turner & Townsend, AECOM, Al Fareeda Group & Blake International FZC, Tailored Resourcing Limited, and Networkers International PLC. In their most recent role as the Group Head of Recruitment at Currie & Brown, they are responsible for overseeing recruitment processes and strategies globally. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Recruitment UK & Middle East at Currie & Brown and as the Head of UK Recruitment at Turner & Townsend. Tim also has experience as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe at AECOM and as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the MENA region at Al Fareeda Group & Blake International FZC. Tim began their career as a Resourcing Manager at Networkers International PLC.

Tim Rickard attended Brighton College from 1981 to 1990. During this time, the degree and field of study are unknown. Tim then went on to study Business Management at London Metropolitan University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in this field. In 2015, Tim attended Thomas International to receive a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) International Certification.
