Daniel Thompson

Daniel Thompson currently serves as the Group FP&A Director and Head of Accounting and Control at Currys plc, a position held since July 2019. Additionally, Daniel is a Board Member of the Financial Reporting Faculty at ICAEW since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Group Technical Accounting Manager and Financial Accountant at Arriva Group from July 2015 to June 2019, along with a tenure as Senior Associate in both Corporate Finance and Audit at PwC from September 2011 to July 2015. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University, completed between 2008 and 2011, and is a qualified member of ICAEW from 2011 to 2013.
