Yana Kondratieva

Yana Kondratieva, FCCA, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance Business Partnering at Bolt since April 2024, leading a team focused on cost strategy and resource optimization. Prior to Bolt, Yana held the position of Director of Corporate FP&A at Wrike, where responsibilities included managing budget processes and providing financial insights for multiple departments. Yana's career began at PwC, where extensive project management and financial services experience was gained. Yana holds the ACCA qualification and has a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University, complemented by exchange programs at Erasmus University Rotterdam and LUT University.
