Elaine Bagshaw

Elaine Bagshaw is an experienced professional in Salesforce platform management and digital transformation, currently serving as Salesforce Platform Owner at Currys plc since July 2024. Previously, Elaine was the Head of Platform - Salesforce at Kaplan International Pathways, where the establishment of a Salesforce Centre of Enablement was a significant achievement. Elaine also held various roles, including Senior Programme & Project Manager at Which? and Project Manager at the UK Home Office, where extensive collaboration with stakeholders and critical project delivery success were paramount. With a background in consultancy and business change at organizations such as PA Consulting Group and the Financial Conduct Authority, Elaine has a strong track record in managing communications, training, and change implementation across numerous projects. Elaine Bagshaw is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
