Hayley Johnson

Hayley Johnson is a seasoned professional in membership and development management with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Membership & Development Manager and Portfolio Manager at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center since September 2019, Hayley previously held roles at the American Cancer Society as Development Manager, overseeing major fundraising events, and at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design as Development Manager, where responsibilities included grant writing and donor recognition initiatives. Earlier career experiences include managing community relations at McNally Smith College of Music and serving as Membership & Marketing Director at Oak Ridge Country Club. Hayley holds a Master’s Degree in Arts & Cultural Leadership from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, Linguistics, Classics, and Humanities from Texas Tech University.
