Scott Jensen

Scott Jensen has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Scott served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at CURT G. JOA INC. from 2017 to present. In this role, they were responsible for financial and operational global strategies, as well as overseeing accounting, finance, legal, and information services. Scott was also the retirement plan administrator and Co-Managing Director of the company's German subsidiary. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller at CURT G. JOA INC. from 2016 to 2017.

Before joining CURT G. JOA INC., Scott Jensen was the Chief Financial Officer at Orion Energy Systems, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. During their time at Orion Energy Systems, they had direct responsibility for accounting, finance, investor relations, internal audit, and information technology. Scott successfully oversaw the acquisition and integration of Harris Lighting, implemented cost improvement plans, and developed customer capital finance programs.

Scott Jensen's experience at Orion Energy Systems began in 2004, when they initially joined as the VP of Finance. In this role, they implemented accounting policies, improved transactional discipline, and supported the company's IPO in December 2007.

Prior to their time at Orion Energy Systems, Scott Jensen worked at Newell Rubbermaid from 1996 to 2003 as a Manager of FP&A.

Scott Jensen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Scott attended Trinity International University from 1985 to 1986, where they played soccer. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Wisconsin.
