Horacio Ulloa is an experienced project manager currently working at Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc. since November 2000. With a background in project design at Grupo Soliman and construction supervision at Arquitectura Integral y del Espacio, both roles were held in 2000 and 1999 respectively, Ulloa has developed a comprehensive skill set in the architecture and construction industry. Education was attained at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where Ulloa earned a degree in Architecture from 1995 to 2000.
