Dominique Rooswinkel - van den Broek's education history begins in 1997 when they started attending De Rooi Pannen, where they pursued a middelbare hotelschool program. Dominique completed their studies at De Rooi Pannen in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Hotelschool The Hague, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management.

In addition to their formal education, Dominique Rooswinkel - van den Broek has pursued several additional certifications. In 2010, they completed the Masterclass Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie 3 at the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. The following year, in 2011, they acquired knowledge in "De arbeidsmarkt in cijfers en trends" at the same institution. Later on, in 2012, they obtained a certification in "Effectief Projectmatig werken" from Schouten & Nelissen. In 2013, they pursued "Schrijven van Vacatureteksten" at the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie and also received training in "Familieopstellingen" from Familieopstellingen.nl. In 2014, they acquired a certification in Project Management from Kepner-Tregoe. Moreover, Dominique Rooswinkel - van den Broek obtained certifications in "Your Roadmap to Succes & Happiness" in 2019 from the Mastermind Academy and "Maximum Potential" in 2020, also from the Mastermind Academy. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the "Match Premium" program at GITP | Geeft inzicht en ontwikkeling.
