Julia Richardson

Julia Richardson currently serves as the Head of the School of Management and Professor of Human Resources Management at Curtin University, a position held since July 2016. Prior to this role, Julia was a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at York University from July 2003 to July 2016, where Julia focused on research and teaching across three primary areas, contributing to various publications and presentations. Additionally, Julia was a Visiting Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Otago's MBA Programme between 2002 and January 2016, teaching the Organizational Leadership Course. Julia holds a PhD in International Human Resources Management from the University of Otago, a BSc in Behavioural Sciences from the University of South Wales, and an MA in Anthropology from The University of Manchester.
