Lisha Dong

Lisha Dong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering, emergency management, and editorial leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Fire Warden at Curtin University, Lisha also holds roles as a Leading Guest Editor for several MDPI special issues and is a Young Editorial Board Member for Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China. Lisha has a significant research background, including collaborations on projects with multiple mining companies and various roles as a Research Fellow and Associate. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland and multiple master's degrees from the University of Sydney and University of Leeds. Lisha has a strong commitment to safety and community engagement, evidenced by positions such as First Aider, HDR Community Safety Representative, and involvement in STEM education through CSIRO.
