Melisa Kaharevic

Melisa Kaharevic is a seasoned professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as a People and Culture Executive at Curtin University since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a P&C Executive at Flinders University and IR/HR Executive at SA Health. Melisa has held leadership positions, notably as the Director of Workforce Services and Director of People & Culture at SA Health, overseeing large teams and managing comprehensive HR services for thousands of employees. Previous roles also encompass significant advisory positions within various public sector organizations, including the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, where Melisa provided strategic industrial relations guidance. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours) from Flinders University and has completed the Professional Management Program at the University of Adelaide, alongside ongoing professional development through the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
