Julie Gaitens

Julie Gaitens has worked in the music industry for over two decades. Julie started their career as a Vice President at IMG Artists, where they provided career management for conductors and soloists. In 2003, they left IMG to become an Independent Artistic Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for sales and negotiating performance contracts with orchestras in the US and Canada.

In 2015, Julie joined Fine Arts Software Inc., where they maintained accounts using Quickbooks. Julie stayed with the company for six years before joining the Curtis Institute of Music as a Booking Representative.

Julie Gaitens is a biomedical engineer with a focus in music. Julie received their undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University.

Julie Gaitens reports to Andrew Lane, VP of Touring & Artist Management. Julie Gaitens works with Lingzi Liu - Manager of Touring Operations, Isabel Tague - Artist Liaison.
