Kristen Manka-White

Kristen Manka-White is the current Director of Marketing at Curtis Institute of Music. Kristen has held this position since July 2016. Prior to their current role, Kristen was the Director of Marketing at Temple University from July 2016 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for providing creative specialization and project coordination for the marketing department. Kristen also coordinated various campaigns under the supervision of the VP, Marketing, focusing on digital marketing initiatives.

Before their time at Temple University, Kristen was the Marketing Communications Coordinator at TruMark Financial Credit Union from April 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating various campaigns under the supervision of the VP, Marketing, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives.

Kristen began their career in 2011 as a Marketing/Public Relations Intern at Bass Museum of Art from January to June 2011. Kristen then became a Group Sales and Marketing Associate at Please Touch Museum from October 2011 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to generate maximum sales and brand awareness for corporate groups, tour and travel groups, hospitality/local hotels, affinity groups, and youth and school groups.

Kristen Manka-White has a Master of Science in Strategic Advertising & Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University, and a degree in Speech Communications with a focus in Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Kristen also participated in a Study Abroad program at the American Business School of Paris.
