Marci Generose

Marci Generose is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and event management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Development at the Curtis Institute of Music since May 2021. Prior to this role, Marci spent nearly two decades at The Franklin Institute, culminating in the position of Director of Donor Relations, where significant achievements included increasing annual event revenue from $700,000 to over $1 million and leading multiple high-profile capital campaigns. Marci's expertise encompasses creating and executing high-impact fundraising events, developing strategic donor engagement programs, and enhancing communication initiatives, with a proven track record of growth in annual giving and membership programs. Marci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
