They have a strong background in mechanical engineering, having held leadership positions at various organizations, including North Wind Infrastructure and Technology and NORTH WIND SOLUTIONS, LLC, where they managed engineering and maintenance teams. Holloway's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University. Currently, they serve as the Nuclear Engineering Manager at Sulzer Process Pumps (US) Inc. and also hold the position of Director of Engineering at Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
