Paul J. Ferdenzi

Paul Ferdenzi has extensive experience in the legal field, with a background in corporate governance, compliance, and strategic planning. Paul currently holds the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Prior to this, Paul worked at Gallagher, Briody & Butler as an Associate, where Paul handled corporate matters and employment agreements. Before entering the corporate sector, Paul served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy, representing military personnel in various legal matters. Paul is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and has a BA in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
