Paul J. Ferdenzi

Paul J. Ferdenzi is the current General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Curtiss-Wright. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, they were an Associate at Gallagher, Briody & Butler from April 1997 to June 1999. There, they negotiated and drafted employment and severance agreements for privately held and publicly traded corporations, prepared various forms for filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and drafted private placement memoranda and initial public offering documents.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Paul J. Ferdenzi also served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy from October 1992 to April 1997.

Paul J. Ferdenzi attended Morris Catholic HS before going to college at Muhlenberg College where they earned their BA in Business Administration - Marketing. After college, they attended Seton Hall University School of Law and earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
