Scott Lustyk

Scott Lustyk serves as the General Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing all operations of Enertech and directing the organization to achieve financial and operational goals. With extensive experience in various leadership roles within Enertech, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Program Management, Lustyk has successfully driven strategic planning and execution across multiple functions such as Operations, Quality, and Project Management. Prior to Curtiss-Wright, Lustyk managed key projects and programs in the Nuclear Business Unit at Emerson Automation Solutions, contributing to the growth and development of the nuclear sector. Lustyk holds multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Banking, Management, and Business Administration, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Buena Vista University and Marshalltown Community College.
