Farrukh Ahmad began their work experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Curvature in February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for handling inbound calls, managing helpdesk service tickets, coordinating with affiliates for parts, ensuring timely responses, and providing support to clients across different technologies. Farrukh also served as a point of escalation and participated in project team deployments. Additionally, they trained internal customers, wrote technical documentation, and adhered to company policies. Prior to this, Farrukh worked as a Network Engineer/Help Desk Analyst at AJS IT starting in September 2017. Before that, they worked as an Administrator at the Ministry of Justice UK from April 2015 to August 2017.

Farrukh Ahmad has a diverse educational background in the field of computer systems networking and telecommunications. In 2019, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy and obtained a degree in CCNA Routing and Switching. During the same year, they also studied at Huawie where they earned a degree in HCIA Routing and Switching.

Additionally, Farrukh Ahmad holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Birmingham City University, which they completed between 2006 and 2007.

In terms of certifications, Farrukh Ahmad has achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in November 2019. Farrukh also obtained the HCIA Routing and Switching certification from Huawei in July 2019.
