Hadrian D'Souza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hadrian began their career as a Sales Engineer at SEW Eurodrive, where they successfully managed a $200K drive project and automated the quotation process. Hadrian then worked as a Software Consultant at Object Consulting, where they developed the first iOS prototype and implemented agile methodologies for a Telstra project. At InfoMedix, they served as a UI Team Lead and Pre-sales Manager, improving the application's look and feel and increasing coding efficiency. As a UX/UI Lead Consultant at Object Consulting, they ran on-site usability tests, developed a UX process plan, and increased development productivity. At REA Group, they held positions as a Delivery Lead and later as a Software Engineer, contributing to revenue-impacting projects and implementing a continuous delivery infrastructure. Most recently, Hadrian worked at Curve Tomorrow, initially as a Product Developer, then as the Head of Engineering, and ultimately as the Chief Technology Officer.
Hadrian D'Souza attended the University of Melbourne from 1998 to 2003, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) degree, with a focus on Mechatronics.
