Mike Morrison

Mike Morrison, PhD, is a work psychologist and designer focused on enhancing scientific processes through improved design. They served as Lab Coordinator at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015, where they conducted research on adult intelligence and motivation. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as an Organizational Psychology Researcher at Coetic HR, collaborating with various businesses to foster organizational change. Currently, Mike leads scientific experience research at Curvenote and has founded the #BetterPoster Movement at Meta Science to transform academic poster design. They hold a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, where they also earned their Master's degree.
