Abby Helin

Abby Helin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and business ownership. Currently serving as Co-Owner and Operations at Curves since April 2023, Abby also works as an Independent Consultant for Gourmet Popcorn from Popculture since January 2024. Previously, Abby was the Operations Manager at FORVIS for nearly four decades and at BKD for over 37 years, overseeing office needs for a large team and implementing efficiency measures. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding and curating The Cocoa Exchange from 2011 to 2021 and co-owning CitiScape Spa from 2009 to 2013. Abby holds a Certificate in Office Management from Maple Woods Community College and has been an active member of Optimist International since 2001, focusing on positive community engagement.
