Freya Smith

Freya Smith currently serves as the Chief Legal and People Officer at Cuscal Limited since October 2022 and has been a Non Executive Director at IXUP Limited since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Freya held positions including Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Claim Central Consolidated from April 2020 to October 2022, and Chair and Non Executive Director at The Sydney Fringe from November 2014 to January 2020. Freya was Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at OFX from September 2015 to November 2019 and served as General Counsel at Kyocera Document Solutions Australasia from March 2013 to September 2015. Freya began their legal career as a Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin from June 2006 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Commerce/Law (Honours) from Macquarie University, along with an International Baccalaureate from New England Girls' School.
