Lauren Grey Coats has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren Grey started their career as an Event Planner at Yifat Oren and Associates, where they received training under a prominent celebrity event planning team. Lauren Grey then worked as an Event Designer at Jesi Haack Design for a year before moving on to Disneyland Resort, where they supported multiple teams in various food service roles and collaborated on team-building events. Lauren then transitioned to Your Cloud Parade as a Marketing Manager, leading successful influencer partnership campaigns and increasing the company's social media following. Lauren Grey later joined Disney Institute as a Client Services Coordinator, where they excelled in problem-solving and process improvement. Lauren then took on the role of Marketing & Web Producer at Lionrock Recovery, followed by Senior Event Manager at Tasteful Tatters, where they managed budgets, implemented a social media strategy, and coordinated event management.
