Damian Kolata

Damian Kolata serves as the Head of Industrial & Logistics PL and Head of E-Commerce CEE at Cushman & Wakefield since October 2021. As a co-founder of the E-Commerce Logistics Experts Association since September 2022, Damian also contributes as an external lecturer in postgraduate programs at several universities, focusing on topics such as logistics, e-commerce, and returns management. Previous roles include E-Commerce Operations Director at FIEGE and various positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including strategic consultancy in industrial developments. Damian holds multiple postgraduate degrees and is currently enrolled in leadership training as part of the Leadership School of the Freedom Institute.
