Katherine Ridgway

Katherine Ridgway, CCIM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both office and retail leasing. Currently serving as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield since November 2015, Katherine previously worked as an Office and Retail Leasing Broker at CBRE from December 2008 to November 2015, where Katherine managed a retail portfolio of 1.4 million square feet. Earlier in the career, Katherine held positions as Director of Marketing and Project Manager at Mainsail Development Group from 2005 to 2008. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida.
