Keegan Clay

Keegan Clay, MBA, serves as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, having completed over 120 transactions totaling 5.7 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion since March 2019. As Co-Owner of Elmar LLC, responsibilities include site research, advertising, communication of lease agreements, financing negotiations, and collaboration with architects. Keegan also held the title of President at the Commercial Association of Brokers of Portland and previously served in various roles at Cushman & Wakefield, contributing significantly to transaction volume and receiving the Costar Power Broker award. Additional experience includes project management at GP Strategies Corporation, financial accounting at Levi Strauss & Co., and various roles in consulting and representing athletic events during early career stages. Keegan holds an IMBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Denver and multiple degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from other institutions.
