Miguel Alcivar, LEED AP, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in capital markets and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield since November 2015, Miguel plays a crucial role in a top-producing team focused on the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate throughout South Florida. Previously, Miguel was a Senior Associate at CBRE, contributing to the Investment Properties Group by offering sophisticated asset disposition and finance services. Additionally, Miguel co-founded destinations unknown, inc., a charity aimed at empowering individuals to pursue personal dreams while raising funds for various causes. Early in their career, Miguel worked as a Financial Analyst for Salomon Smith Barney, specializing in debt capital markets for the Latin American and Caribbean regions. Miguel holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College.
