Rachel Flores

Rachel Flores is an experienced community manager and small business owner with a strong background in property management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Cushman & Wakefield since May 2023, Rachel also operates Cheeky Mami Candle Company LLC, offering hand-poured natural soy candles and organizing candle pouring events. Prior to these roles, Rachel gained valuable experience at Greystar as a Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager, and held positions as an Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Agent at Simpson Housing LLLP and Rockwood Capital, respectively. Rachel’s education includes studies at Tarrant County College and Ogle School Hair Skin Nails in Dallas.
