Roper Arabit

Roper Arabit is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC and US at Cushman & Wakefield since October 2022, Roper previously held various leadership roles at Pearson from January 2016 to October 2022, managing HR operations across the UK, Middle East, and South Africa. Earlier experience includes positions at NGA Human Resources overseeing local recruitment and supporting global HR initiatives, as well as serving in an exit management role at Accenture. Roper holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained in 2011.
