Thomas Harris

Thomas Harris serves as Global Chief Counsel - Litigation & Risk at Cushman & Wakefield since August 2022, previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Thomas was Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Claire's and held similar roles at Transdev North America, First Group America/First Transit, Comair, Alderwoods Group, and the City of Cincinnati. With extensive experience in labor and employment law, Thomas managed significant litigation matters and provided strategic counsel to organizations with large workforces. Thomas holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations.
