Ben Sanders

Ben Sanders is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in growth strategy and operational management, currently serving as the Founder of Arenas Advisory Services since November 2018, focusing on value creation for VC and PE-backed companies. In addition to leadership roles at JBM as MD of Strategy and Growth and RootstockLabs as Chief Growth Officer, Ben has held key positions in various companies including Tunic Pay as GTM Advisor and Seedcamp as an Expert Collective member. Previously, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer at Pockit, contributing significantly to the growth of a leading UK digital bank, and has extensive experience at Worldpay and Bain & Company, where strategic consulting efforts led to substantial organizational growth. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a MALD in International Business Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
