Akhil B Nair is an experienced Client Engagement Manager at CUSMAT since January 2023, specializing in raising awareness among CXO decision makers regarding Skilling Metaverse Platform and AR/VR training solutions. With over 8 years of expertise in inside sales, lead generation, data research, email marketing, and cold calling across various international markets including UAE, Singapore, UK, and the US, Akhil has held several relevant positions. These include Project Lead at DC Consult & Services Private Limited, where professional skill development was facilitated through events, and Senior Inside Sales roles at Edenred India and Global Channel Resources, focusing on employee engagement services and IoT solutions, respectively. Earlier positions included Delegate Inside Sales Executive at Dun & Bradstreet, where engagement with CXO decision makers was key, and a Management Trainee role at Laqshya Media Group, emphasizing media sales and lead generation. Akhil holds a PGPM in Marketing from IBS Mumbai.

CUSMAT is a Skilling Metaverse providing standardized training solutions to maximize productivity by 30-40%, safety by 50-60% accident reduction, and minimize running costs for industries (Mining & Infrastructure, Logistics, and Warehousing, Manufacturing, OEM, Healthcare). Among the total workforce (around 501 million) in India, only 9% have non-formal and only 2% have formal vocational training. So our aim is to build a smart and skilled workforce training platform.
