Mara Mitchell has a diverse work experience. Mara started their career as a Travel Host Intern at New York One News Station in 2007. In 2009, they formed and managed their own marketing company called Panama Lens, where they specialized in media production for the real estate and tourism industries in Panama. Mara provided services such as marketing consulting, copywriting, website design, and producing high-end marketing videos. In 2012, they joined Validant as a Client Engagement Manager, where they focused on client engagement in the national and global emerging Pharma, Biotech, and Med Device markets. Later on, they became the Director of Client Engagement at Validant, responsible for delivering a best-in-class end-to-end Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory consulting service.

Mara Mitchell attended Quince Orchard High School from 2000 to 2004.
