Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis is the Executive Director of Operations at CUSO Financial Services. Jason has over 11 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations and technology.

Jason started their career at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in November 2006 as Vice President of Operations/Complex Business Service Officer. In this role, Jason was responsible for the overall operations of a global multi-site virtual branch. Jason focused on creating day-to-day operational efficiency and accuracy across teams in separate sites with a concentration on technology requirements to drive transparency and scalability in a virtual environment.

Some of Jason's accomplishments at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management include creating and implementing the end-to-end vision of a centralized Inheritor Services Group responsible for all Deceased Account processing, developing and implementing an Inheritor Services Processing and Tracking application that organized all operations of the Inheritor Services Group and provides key reporting metrics vital to tracking and managing the process of wealth transfer, providing the servicing and operational support requirements for a new mobile advisor application focusing on user experience and direct to consumer self service capabilities, supporting the transition to upgraded call handling system for Morgan Stanley contact centers providing more robust routing and prioritization for all calls entering global contact centers, and implementing global interactive voice response system, enabling toll-free 24/7 support 2k+ international clients.

In addition to their work at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Jason is also a member of Morgan Stanley National Business Service Advisory Council, providing key feedback on firm initiatives

Jason Lewis has a BA in Theirtory from Arizona State University. Jason is certified by FINRA in Futures Managed Funds, General Securities Sales Supervisor, Registered Options Principal, and Registered Representative.
