Caesar Venturino

Caesar Venturino has extensive experience in sales management and integrated logistics support within the naval vessel business unit at FINCANTIERI S.p.A. since April 2002, serving in various capacities including Head of Integrated Logistic & In Service Support, Proposal Manager, and Manager of the Integrated Logistic Support and Maintenance Department, overseeing a team of 20 and ensuring the technical and economic performance of projects. Key contributions include managing integrated logistic support supplies for Italian and French FREMM frigates and participating in organizations focused on improving life in-service support for defense equipment. Previous roles at Comau, Ansaldo Segnalamento Ferroviario S.p.A., and the Italian Army have further developed skills in project management, maintenance design, and systems analysis. Caesar Venturino holds a Master's degree in Materials and Complex Systems Management from La Sapienza University of Rome and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Genoa.
