Bassey Bassey is an experienced professional in business development and livelihood projects, currently serving as Business Development Manager and previously as Business Development Specialist at Cuso International since May 2019. Bassey has implemented UNHCR’s Livelihood Enhancement Project (BUSLIVER) across communities in Cross River, Benue, and Taraba State, supporting food security and livelihood programs for thousands of people of concern (POCs). Earlier roles include Food Security and Livelihood Officer and Business Development Consultant, focusing on agribusiness and resource management. Prior work at CBN South-South Entrepreneurship Development Centre involved establishing e-business incubators and training programs for entrepreneurs. Bassey holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Promotion from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and is pursuing a Master of Science in Development Economics and Planning at the University of Calabar, where Bassey also earned a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics.
