Marti Gonzalez serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Custom Brands Group since 2019 and is concurrently the Human Resources Director at Emser Tile. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management at AltaMed Health Services, where Marti led the Achieving Excellence strategic initiative and established a succession planning system, and Vice President of Human Resources at Farmer Brothers, focusing on HR strategy and organizational change. An extensive tenure at Kraft Foods Group included positions such as Associate HR Director and Senior Human Resources Manager, where Marti drove key initiatives in talent development, organization restructuring, and diversity. Marti holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Adrian College.
