Michael Crouse

Michael Crouse has a strong background in sales and business development. Michael is currently the Vice President of Sales and Solutions at PioneerPos, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the National Director of Retail Sales at PioneerPos starting in March 2019.

Before joining PioneerPos, Michael held multiple positions at Custom Business Solutions. Michael served as the VP Sales & Marketing and Chief Relationship Officer, starting in May 2018. Michael also worked as the Director of Channel Sales, where they focused on expanding technology partnerships and defining the intersections of technology, consumer experience, and hospitality.

Prior to Custom Business Solutions, Michael was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at ZAutomate starting in September 2015. Michael also worked at Ingram Micro Mobility as a Sr. Manager - Channel Sales Executive from June 2013 to August 2015.

Michael's earlier experience includes working at Ingram Micro Consumer Technology Solutions, where they held the position of Sr. Manager Sales and Operations (Consumer Electronics/OnStar) from October 2010 to June 2013. Michael also served as a Regional Sales Manager at the same company from July 2006 to October 2010.

Before joining Ingram Micro Consumer Technology Solutions, Michael worked at Ingram Micro Public Sector as a Sr. Account Executive from January 2000 to July 2006.

Michael Crouse attended Orange Coast College from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Sociology. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
