Patricia Kozu

Patricia Kozu is an experienced leader with a strong background in nonprofit management and advocacy. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Custom Collaborative since January 2021, Patricia supports low-wage/no-wage and immigrant women in developing skills to succeed in the fashion industry. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at The Century Foundation, Patricia focused on reducing inequality across various sectors and redefining government roles. As Interim Executive Director of the New York Chinese Cultural Center, Patricia provided transitional leadership to enhance cultural appreciation. In the role of Executive Director at Ascend/Ascend Foundation, Patricia advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership, while at the National Employment Law Project, Patricia managed crucial organizational functions to support advocacy efforts on a national scale.
