Jay Ratcliffe

Jay Ratcliffe has over 35 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Jay began their career in 1984 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, where they retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 25 years of honorable service. In 1993, they joined Litton Industries, Inc. as a Business Development Manager and Program Manager, where they worked on Electronic Warfare Systems for airborne applications. Jay then moved to The Titan Corporation in 2000, where they served as a Marketing and Sales Manager, performing all aspects of international customer interfacing. In 2003, they joined BAE Systems as a Business Development Manager, working with governments and companies in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. Jay then moved to Lord Corporation in 2006 as a Key Account Manager, where they were the central point of contact for products and services offered to domestic and international aerospace and power generation customers. In 2012, they joined Semco Instruments Inc. as a Product Line Manager, managing customer service teams responsible for the day to day interface with customers in the aviation and power generation markets. Finally, they joined Custom Control Sensors in 2015 as a Key Account Manager, Aerospace & Defense, where they were the point of contact for products and services offered to domestic aerospace OEM customers.

Jay Ratcliffe attended California State University, Northridge from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science.
