Randell Smith

Randell Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randell started their career in 1988 as an Industrial Sales Manager at Riceland Foods, Inc. Randell then moved on to Tyson Foods, where they held various roles, including Industrial Sales, Director of National Accounts, SVP and General Manager, and SVP Foodservice Distribution. In 2011, Randell started their own business called Cool Cat Cold Trailers, specializing in leasing mobile walk-in coolers. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Food Revelations, and in 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Custom Craft Poultry.

Randell Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Arkansas in 1986. Randell subsequently pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Arkansas, completing the program in 1988.
