Michelle Hyde, MS, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR is the Director of Human Capital at Custom Decorators, Inc., where Michelle leads a team that provides expert guidance, premium products, and exceptional customer service for custom-made window treatments. With a background in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Michelle has held various roles in HR management, training, and development throughout their career at companies such as 24 Hour Fitness, WinCo Foods, Bally Total Fitness, Target Corporation, and The Edwards Center. Michelle's education includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University.
