Susan Francoeur

Susan Francoeur is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the insurance and disability services sectors. Currently at Custom Disability Solutions since July 2015, Susan specializes in business systems analysis. Prior experience includes a tenure at Unum from 2002 to May 2015, where Susan held the positions of Systems Consultant and Systems Analyst, focusing on requirements elicitation, business process modeling, systems design, and enhancements to Claims Payment systems. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Boston College.
