Maggie McGannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Analyst II at ŌURA since June 2022, Maggie previously held roles at ODDITY as Manager of Customer Experience for both SpoiledChild and IL MAKIAGE. Prior consulting experience was gained at EY, and Maggie's early career included internships at Make-A-Wish America and Citi. Maggie holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development with a focus on Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University and has completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
