Lauren Lister

Lauren Lister is currently the VP of People, Performance and Culture at Custom Fleet since October 2015. Prior to this role, Lauren held various HR positions at GE Capital from April 2003 to October 2015, including HR Director for Commercial Finance, HR Leader, HR Site Leader for Operations, Professional Development Leader, and Learning Technologies Consultant. Before GE Capital, Lauren worked as an Instructional Designer at Adacel in 2002 and as the Global Learning & Development Leader at Reef from 1999 to 2002. Lauren holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Nepean Arts and Design Center (1997-1998) and completed her Higher School Certificate at St Mary's Senior High School in 1996.
