Eric Dotson

Eric Dotson has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Eric is currently working as an Operations Manager at Custom Glass Solutions, LLC since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kalas Manufacturing, Inc. where they held multiple roles. From August 2019 to January 2023, they served as a Production Manager, and from January 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Process Engineering Manager. Before joining Kalas Manufacturing, Inc., Eric was employed as a Product Engineer at the same company from September 2012 to August 2016. Eric'searliest work experience was as a Landscaper at PKF Industries, Inc from January 2004 to January 2009, where they surveyed and calculated dimensions for landscaping installations and effectively communicated with clients.

Eric Dotson attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
